Ensign Greyhound – 6x9 folding camera – with original box – Houghton Butcher London – circa 1930 – untested
Offered: a fine and characterful Ensign Greyhound folding camera, produced by Houghton-Butcher Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in London around 1930.
This camera is a typical example from the early period of roll-film photography and stands out with its distinctive gray “crackle” finish and compact, foldable design.
The camera uses 120 roll film and takes 6x9 cm pictures (8 photos per film).

This specimen is supplied with the original box, which is rarely offered and considerably increases the collectible value.
