Impressive two-part Art Deco sideboard, typically dated between the 1920s and 1950s.
The piece is made of walnut wood and walnut burl, with a glossy finish that highlights its natural grain.
The Art Deco style is evident in the bulbous shapes, rounded profiles, and symmetrical design.
This is a two-part piece.
Upper section: It features a central display cabinet for exposing objects, flanked by small closed side compartments.
Lower section: The base consists of two side doors and a central section with four stacked drawers. The handles and lock escutcheons are made of Bakelite.
The matching table is also available, as well as a smaller display cabinet.
The right foot has absorbed moisture and needs cleaning and the veneer re-gluing (which, however, has not come completely loose).
