Nice ancient late Roman gold ring. This fine ancient gold ring comprised of a round section hoop with expanding diamond-shaped shoulders and an octagonal yellow jasper intaglio.
Date: Roman, ca. 3rd century A.D.
Material: Gold, Jasper
Size: outer diameter: ca. 2,6 cm x 2,3 cm, Ringsize ca. 51
Weight: ca. 6,6g
Condition: some scratches on the ring and stone, bezel a bit bent, otherwise in good condition
Provenance: private collection (Austria), in Germany since 2025
