Wall sconce (2) - Wrought iron - Pair of wall sconces

Pair of vintage wall sconces made in Italy in the mid-20th century, characterized by a floral design with acanthus leaf motifs.
These decorative elements are typical of Italian craftsmanship, particularly the Florentine tradition, and were produced between the 1940s and 1960s.
They are identified as in the Luigi XV, Rococo, or Hollywood Regency style due to their elaborate, organic shapes.
Usually made of wrought iron or metal, finished in antique gold or gold lacquer. Each sconce has two lights with tulip- or candle-shaped lamp holders.
In good condition with normal signs of time and wear, to note a gold leaf touch-up on the base..
