The elaborate strap handle with an animal head at the top. The bowl painted on the inside with circles and z pattern, cruciform design on the bottom with geometric patterns.

Size: 14.4 cm D (bowl only) - 5 5/8 inches; 15.8 cm H - 6 1/4 inches
Material: Terracotta
Culture: Daunian, c. 550 B.C.
Condition: Repaired


Provenance: Private London collection, formed in the 1980s-1990s, acquired at a London auction.

The seller guarantees that this item has been legally acquired & will be legally exported, related documents seen by Catawiki.
