Brutalist ceramic table lamp, 43.5 cm tall with a sandglass-shaped foot and a removable spherical shade with perforations for a diffused light; ceramic/chamotte, from the late 1960s, made in France, weight 3.795 kg, in good vintage condition with minor signs of age and wiring checked and functional.

Offered is an imposing, organically shaped ceramic table lamp with a pronounced Brutalist character. The piece consists of an hourglass-shaped base and a removable, spherical shade that features several round openings.
These perforations create a beautiful diffuse light effect when the lamp is switched on. The lamp has a very tactile, rough texture reminiscent of natural stones or coral.

Diameter of the base (diabolo) at its narrowest point: 10 cm
Details & Condition:
Origin: From an exclusive estate in Monaco.
Finish: The lamp was professionally repainted about 20 years ago in the current white/off-white tint.
The original color is brown, which is still present beneath the current paint layer.
Condition: In good vintage condition with slight signs of aging appropriate to its age and material. The wiring has been checked and is functional.
