Marantz - CD583 CD player

Compact Disc player from the 1990s. This model uses the reliable Philips CDM-12 transport technology in combination with a Philips Bitstream DAC, a technology that during that period was widely used by Marantz due to its stable and musical playback.

The player features functions such as program, repeat, random, AMS and track search. At the rear are analog RCA outputs and an optical digital output, allowing the player to be used with an external DAC.

The device is in neat used condition with light signs of wear appropriate for its age. The display and controls operate as intended.

Carefully packed for transport so shipping can proceed safely. Pick-up is of course also possible.
