Drinking glass (12) - Crystal

Stemmed water glasses in crystal cut in relief, with a recessed olive frieze along the lower part of the bowl; between two olives, a small flame in relief. The goblet is slightly constricted at the neck, straight stem, flat foot. No factory mark—likely the product of a Lorraine crystal works, cradle of great manufactories such as Baccarat or Saint-Louis. These glasses were entirely handmade, hence some imperfections. Master glassmaker’s cut mark on the underside. Glass height: 15.7 cm to 16 cm. Drinking diameter: 6.3 cm to 6.5 cm. Foot diameter: 7 cm. Total weight, unboxed: 1.8 kg.
