Rare French miniature travel timepiece, late 19th – early 20th century, height 9 cm, in brass with a white dial and Roman numerals. Mechanical manual-wind movement with the original key. The clock is perfectly functional in terms of timekeeping. The presence of a chime or alarm function has not been verified. Inside, there is a “France” mark, confirming its manufacture. On the inner lower door, there is also a signature/engraving of the maker or assembler, currently difficult to read but of particular interest. Complete with its original red leather travel case with a hinged opening, a rarely found accessory together with the watch. Preserves its original patina and typical signs of time in keeping with its age. Not restored or polished, maintained in its authentic condition.
