Konica C35 AF - "Piccari Konica" — The World's First Autofocus Compact Camera
Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
Released in 1977, the Konica C35 AF — nicknamed "Piccari Konica" in Japan — was the world's first autofocus compact camera. With its Konica Hexanon 38mm f/2.8 lens and built-in flash, it offers effortless point-and-shoot photography with no manual focusing required.
Corrosion was observed on the metal fittings in the battery compartment. We have polished them and applied a contact cleaner, and power flow has been confirmed.
