Leitz Wetzlar extension tube for the Leica R system, composed of elements 14167, 14158-1, and 14135 assembled in a column, designed for macro photography up to 1:1 with standard R lenses and the Macro-Elmarit 60mm. The upper ring 14167 also acts as an adapter to mount Leica M lenses onto an R body while maintaining the correct flange distance, while the automatic tubes 14158 and 14135 transmit the diaphragm control to the camera.
