This oil, produced with the milling method using stone mills, has a very balanced flavor that makes it an exceptional oil for raw dressings. Ideal for dishes with a balanced taste, salads, soups, risottos, sauces. Also excellent for cooking and for frying.
1 can of 500 ml of extra-virgin olive oil "FRUTTATO INTENSO"
This extra-virgin olive oil is produced with the milling method using stone mills, obtained cold from selected olives of the typical Apulian variety Coratina. It is characterized by an intense flavor, with pleasant bitter and peppery notes.

It is produced following the ancient affioramento method, which consists of harvesting by hand a very small percentage of oil (about 2-3%) that forms spontaneously on the paste of olives before pressing.
