The Cattani Acetaia is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These six 250 ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena are the fruit of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious weave of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic fragrances unfold on the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in fine wooden casks.
It is a product with 6% acidity, derived from Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, well suited to a high balance between sweetness and acidity. For this reason, in addition to the years of maturation, it can serve as a base for both savory cooking and desserts in general.
