Grebo
Wood
Height: 700mm
Width: 230mm
Depth: 110mm
Grebo masks were disseminated in Paris very early. They particularly attracted the attention of Picasso, who owned a collection of African masks and who was inspired by a Grebo mask, purchased around 1908, to create in 1912 his famous work Guitar, the first Cubist sculpture.
Male masks with geometric shapes are often recognizable by their long nose framed by one, two or several pairs of protruding tubular eyes, sometimes with a threatening look. The features of female masks are softer, more harmonious and more serene.
Fast and secure shipment with tracking number. Packages are sent from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery in France within 1 to 3 days with Chronopost, 2 to 5 days across Europe. Worldwide delivery with Colissimo International.
