Crafted by hand in France in the second half of the 19th century, Napoleonic III period (1852-1870), exceptionally executed in an enduring classic Empire Revival style, it preserves the original black polished marble top with white veining of striking effect, mounted on a solid mahogany structure featuring a single drawer with a high‑quality dove‑tailed fret and a front in precious mahogany, above the cabinet door, flanked by turned columns with capitals in gilded brass in the classical style. It will be packed ready for street-level pickup; we can agree on a shipping arrangement to Italy without risk of breakage, or pickup in Genoa.
