Classic Art Deco coupe, model ‘Noemie’, from the Luxval collection of the Belgian glass and crystal factory Val Saint Lambert in Belgium. Design by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne. This exemplar, in the large oval version, is made in ochre yellow (jaune) semi-crystal pressed glass.

This coupe is described in the Luxval catalog from 1935 (see illustration). The coupe is mass-marked with Val St Lambert Belgique.

The coupe is in excellent condition with minor signs of use. Some unevenness on the base. Small enclosed glass bubbles and glass threads are normal for the production process of the time. The coupe is mass-marked Val St Lambert Belgique.

The coupe stands about 10 cm high and has a diameter of 24 cm (34.5 cm including handles), 15 cm on the narrow side.
