STORIA/PANORAMICA
The example offered here is a 1987 Porsche 944 S, an evolved 944 version featuring the introduction of the 2.5-liter 16-valve engine. It represents one of the most well-balanced models in the range. Produced in smaller numbers than the standard versions, the 944 S stands out for its sportier and more refined character, while still maintaining the typical comfort of Porsche Transaxle front-engine cars.

ESTERNO
The exterior paint is in beautiful restored condition by the previous owner in the original birth color INDIA RED (LM3A), in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. The rear glass is also in good condition, as are all bumpers and wheels which have been restored.
The underbody is solid with no signs of accidents and in wonderful original condition.

INTERNO
The interior is original and the seats have undergone leather restoration and are in excellent condition. The steering wheel has also undergone a full external leather restoration. The dashboard and all the various details, with the full instrument panel, are original from new and well presented. The car is equipped with a retractable roof which, however, is not functioning and does not let water in. The cabin has been recently sanitized. The clock is not functioning.

MECCANICA
The 2,479cc engine is factory original and well functioning, has always been kept in top condition, starts promptly and is readily usable. The clutch, gearbox and brakes are functioning and in order. The tires are new, the headlights raise and lower regularly. A new section of exhaust has been recently installed. The car has just undergone a 150 km highway test and is drivable. The technical inspection passed is valid until May 2026 with no defects found. It can be used on the road, however a normal minimum check is always recommended before long journeys.
This version is particularly interesting, representing the evolution of the classic 944 and is one of the most sought-after configurations by enthusiasts.
An opportunity for collectors of 1980s-1990s sports cars, considering the growing interest in the youngtimer Transaxle market.
