Description from the seller
Premium - Celestine Geode
An essential piece for your interior decoration
Celestine comes from the Latin term « coelestis » which means « celestial ». It is more commonly translated as “sky blue.” It was in 1789, shortly after its discovery, that the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner named this crystal, whose reflections resemble a sky bathed in light.
Its color, very gentle, has earned it the nickname “Stone of the Angels.” According to legend, it was born from the pure and hypnotic song of the angels. It is also associated with the constellation Pleiades, regarded as the spiritual cradle of humanity.
Many synonyms are connected to it, including celestite, cliftonite, dioxynite, sicilianite, or powdered strontian sulfate.
