We present an antique Hereke Turkish rug, roughly hand-knotted between 1940 and 1950, finely hand-knotted in silk over silk (warp, weft, and pile in silk).

The rug features an elegant Mihrab design, traditionally associated with prayer carpets, with a refined floral composition and a soft, balanced color palette, characteristic of Hereke productions from the mid-20th century.
