Description from the seller
Beautiful antique jardinière from the late 19th century, crafted in brass with copper-colored accents. This decorative piece radiates charm and character at once and is a true eye-catcher in any classic, eclectic, or country interior.
The jardinière rests on three elegant legs shaped like lion's paws and on the sides are finely worked lion heads with rings. Those details give the piece a stately and luxurious look typical of decorative objects from this period.
With a height of 24 cm and a diameter of 24 cm, this specimen has a nicely generous size. Perfect as a jardinière, cachepot, or simply as a decorative object on a cabinet, side table, or mantel. Even without a plant, this is a particularly atmospheric piece with a lot of presence.
The piece shows a lovely aged patina and signs of use that perfectly suit its age and authenticity. It is precisely these marks that give this jardinière its warm, time-worn character and make it especially attractive to lovers of genuine antique decoration.
A stylish and rare object for collectors and lovers of 19th-century home decor.
