This photobook contains about 250 photos featuring many beautiful girls, and that is only a modest selection from the thousands of snapshots by Pascal Baetens (pronounced Baetens; the photographer comes from the Flemish part of Belgium). How does he get to know all those different models, actually? Everywhere, as Pascal explains, his eagle eyes search for and find them: during shopping, in the opera, on the street, at almost every occasion that presents itself he speaks to his muses. Thus the viewer does not see styled top models, but rather the girl next to you. The favorite locations for the photos – old industrial buildings and the open countryside – form a sharp contrast with the delicate and soft curves of the bodies.
