​Offered is a fascinating vintage Crown 8 camera, produced by TAIHEI OPTICAL CO. LTD. in Japan during the 1960s. This compact and robust 8mm camera is a classic example of domestic cinematography engineering from that era.
​The camera presents with good external cosmetic condition, with a metal body and silver/gray finishes showing only light signs of wear consistent with its age. The lens is an integrated optic. All buttons, levers and dials appear to be present.
​The camera comes complete with its original black faux-leather transport case, lined inside with soft gray felt. The case features an adjustable brown leather shoulder strap, still in decent condition, and a metal latch hook.
