Special Ingredient: The 48th botanical for 2016 is spruce honey (Abietes Melle) from the Schaberhof farm in the Black Forest.

Production Process: The honey is added to the macerate and subsequently distilled again. The gin then rests for three months in traditional earthenware jugs before being bottled.

Taste Profile: This edition is described as a spicy yet elegant dry gin with delicate, spicy top notes and a powerful mid-range. The spruce honey gives the gin a unique complexity and density.
