Antique bell in copper, brass and bronze with a red copper body on a yellow copper base, 20 cm high, 9 cm wide, 8 cm deep, weighing 600 g, made in France, in good condition with age-related wear and, due to missing springs, currently non-functional.

Superb and very original exclusive model, rare and sought-after for its extraordinary shape, its chasing on the base, its large stem or a piston that presses the spring to actuate the hammers, unfortunately in the claw hammer system two springs are missing to make it work. It can, with expert hands, be made to function again (see the telling photos).
Its body, in the shape of an oval ciborium, is made of very thick red copper and rests on its pretty base in yellow copper worked finely.
At the top a push button is also engraved.
On its inner stem there are engraved initials, probably the master goldsmith who created this marvel.
On the two collars, one at the bottom and the other at the top, which tighten the two domes.
