Various vintage Lambiek Fabric and Tilquin blend

Excellent condition, always keeped in cellar

Tilquin :
- Mirabelle (2020) : During this season 20|21, we blended a new fruit beer, the Mirabelle Tilquin à l'ancienne 7.0 % alc. (available in 37,5cl & 75cl), which is is made from the fermentation of 240 g of Mirabelle plums by liter of lambic.
- Oude Gewurzt (2020) : Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Gewurzt Tilquin à l'ancienne (8.4%) is made from the fermentation of 250 g of Gewurztraminer grapes by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
- Oude Mure (2019) : The Mûre Tilquin à l’ancienne (6.0% alc/vol) is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of fresh or frozen blackberries in young lambics, blended with 1, 2 and 3 years lambic to reach a final concentration of fruits of 280 gr fruit per liter

- Gros-elle (2021) : A fresh and fruity beer, based on our lambics, with two types of fruit. On the one hand we have the red currant (60%), on the other hand the Muscaris grape (40%) with an alcohol percentage of 7.7%
- Jart-elle (2020) : Traditional unfiltered blend of spontaneous fermented lambic aged in oak barrels. Maceration with fresh cherries for 6 months
- Schar-elle (2021) : Oude Kriek, Traditional unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambic, from spontaneous fermentation, aged in oak barrels. The lambic has a maceration with fresh 'Schaarbeekse' cherries (±300 g/l) for 6 months
