Stunning antique handmade rug, probably Caucasian origin (Kazak or Shirvan type), dating from the 20th century.

This rug features a traditional geometric design with stylized medallions and tribal motifs, characteristic of Caucasian productions. The dominant brick red, ivory, and burgundy colors are typical of this type of piece.

Hand-knotted wool on a cotton warp (to confirm), with a pile still well present over a large part of the surface.

Condition:
Good overall condition for its age.
