The SU-8099 is a "Direct Coupled" (DC) amplifier, meaning there are no capacitors in the signal path of the output stage, resulting in an exceptionally pure and uncolored sound reproduction. For this reason we cannot provide a warranty on vintage equipment. We understand this can be inconvenient and believe it is important to be transparent and honest about it. Of course, we do our utmost to deliver every unit in as good a condition as possible.

We package our products very carefully so that the risk of transport damage is minimized.
