Oval dressing mirror in solid walnut with wax finish, in the Art Deco style, made in Italy, externally 60 cm high by 41 cm wide, weighing about 5 kg.
Description from the seller
Authentic jewel of timeless elegance: this fascinating oval vanity mirror is handcrafted in solid walnut, finely waxed to enhance the grain and the warm tones of the wood.
Every curve, every turning, and every slight irregularity tell the hand of a master and reflect the excellence of Italian joinery from the second half of the 19th century.
The mirror rests on two finely turned columns and is tilt-adjustable to regulate the angle of reflection. The base, solid and elegantly shaped, houses a hidden drawer with the original knob — clear testimony to genuine Italian craftsmanship. The glass bears a natural patina developed over time, a distinctive sign of authenticity and history.
A unique collectible piece, capable of lending character, prestige, and warmth to classic or contemporary interiors.
