This sought-after facsimile edition was printed in 1981 in an edition of only 1.000 copies; this is copy no. 195. The leather binding contains 107 reproduced maps, printed flat on a double or triple page sheet and bound by means of adhesive strips (as in the original edition from 1650) causing the cards to show no seam. The slip pocket at the back contains a separate brochure of 32 pages "Ten geleide an beschrijving van de opgenomen kaarten" ("Introduction and description of the included maps") by J. van Bracht.
