Bhutanese long knife

Sino-Buddhist sword, the blade appears to be from a Jian prior to the 19th century, and the mounts around the mid-20th century, with a steel blade with a through tang, a hilt with an oval-profile pommel and guard, and a wooden handle covered in a brass sheet engraved with floral motifs. The sheath is made of wood covered in black leather, with a brass and silver tip and end cap decorated with phytomorphic motifs.

Long Sino-Bhutanese sword, blade appears to be from a Jian before the 19th century, and the mounts from the mid-20th century, with a through-tang steel blade, a frame with an oval profile pommel and guard, a wooden handle covered in brass foil engraved with floral motifs. The wooden scabbard is covered in black leather and features a brass and silver nozzle and tip decorated with phytomorphic motifs.
