Crosslight is a design for DARK by the Dutch designers duo Jan Melis & Ben Oostrum.
Crosslight is a high-quality plastic 3D cross with a light source in the center. The tubes are open, creating a remarkable light effect. Playful and functional. It can also be used as a wall or floor lamp.
This lamp has been awarded many prizes: Reddot Design Award winner 2003, the Dutch Designer Awards Designer Selection 2003, Designpreis der Bundesrepublik, Deutschland 2004, Good Design USA 2004.
The Belgian lighting company DARK is a group of young creative designers and produces unusual, high-quality fixtures, lamps, light concepts, and sculptures.
