An exceptionally elegant and extremely rare object from the Victorian era: this double perfume bottle, manufactured around 1880 in England, is a splendid example of luxury and refined craftsmanship from the 19th century. The bottle is made of deep red crystal, lavishly facet-cut for a beautiful play of light and depth. At both ends lies a richly worked solid silver cap (.833), each with fine details that testify to high-quality silversmithing.
