Drinkable now, but you can expect this to age for many years (2040+). Wine enthusiast 99/100. Robert Parker 97/100. Dom Perignon Brut Champagne 2012 is another piece of art. Today, the wine shows plenty of promise as it emerges a decade later. Typically fresh but mouth-filling, the nose is a mix of stony minerals, chalk and white flowers. The palate is expansive and complete with that chalky minerality in the finish. Falstaff 96/100. Robert Parker 96/100. Needs 5 years to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years. Both bottles are stored within ideal conditions.
