His work at the Wächtersbach's ceramics factory, where he integrated ‘Jugendstil’ (Art Nouveau) elements, significantly influenced the factory's direction and success. Neureuther became the chief designer at Wächtersbach and his unique style, characterized by innovative glazes and avant-garde designs, earned him international acclaim.
