In ancient times, people attributed magical powers to amulets and runes, using them to protect themselves against all kinds of problems. This amulet or talisman was a protector against the evil eye of the devil and possessed strong positive energy.
Designed to protect the user from harm and misfortunes.
Origin: Scandinavia
Date: 9th to 11th centuries AD
Material: bronze, very beautiful
Dimensions: 32 x 16 mm
Weight: 16 g.
Condition: Excellent, usable see photos.
Bought by the current owner in 2004 in Austria, Vienna, at the 'Art, Antiques, and Collectibles Fair.'
Collected since: 1970s.
Previous owners' history: Old Austrian private collection.
It has been professionally cleaned of surface dirt, making it a beautiful addition to an antique jewelry collection.
The provider guarantees that they acquired this piece legally.
