The Habitation Velier Renegade is produced exclusively from pure sugarcane juice, rigorously harvested in the renowned Old Bacolet area, located on the picturesque southern coast of Grenada. This unique area, the first on the island to be cultivated by French settlers, is home to a fertile plain nestled between two small streams, where the Cain sugarcane variety, renowned for its unique aromatic and sensory qualities, thrives. The spirit is meticulously crafted using a Forsyths still, following a long and meticulous 195-hour fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature. This allows for a rich congener content of 328.1 g/hlpa, of which 127.9 g/hlpa are esters, lending complexity and depth to the final product.

Bottled in 2025, this limited edition represents a true gem for the most discerning connoisseurs and collectors.

Select White is born from a fermentation process lasting between 7 and 10 days, using only 100% freshly pressed sugarcane juice, ensuring the utmost freshness and quality of the raw material. It is then distilled with care and precision in exclusive handcrafted pot stills at the renowned Mhoba distillery, located in the scenic South African province of Mpumalanga. Distillation involves meticulously separating the product into different "cuts," each carefully evaluated before being used in various specific blends. This special rum, with a congener content at the time of distillation of 839.7 g/hlpa, of which 614.6 g/hlpa are esters, is the result of a unique and precious blend of white "cuts."
