AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Extremely rare and early LeCoultre Atmos II from the 1940s. This watch is one of the first with a laugh gas motor after the 'Reutter-Aera.' Here is the most rare model in copper by far. Typical for the early Atmos is the glass dome as well as the regulator with 8 motifs. Here is a very early number 15815. Since the start of production at the end of 1939 (!) the Atmos II has been so reliable that it remained essentially unchanged until the development of caliber 540 in 1982. Surely, the Atmos II laid the foundation for the great success of the model. Restored condition, like new. Comes with one year warranty.
