Founded in 1842, La Favorite distillery is the last remaining independent family-owned distillery in Martinique. Purchased in 1905 by Henri Dormoy, it was modernized with the famous blue steam engine, still in operation today. Despite its modernization, the distillery maintains traditional methods and uses only hand-cut sugarcane, with a commitment to eco-responsible practices at every stage.

Each La Favorite 180th Anniversary special release reflects the distillery's rich expertise and is distinguished by its unique flavor profile. The March Harvest, April Harvest, May Harvest, and June Harvest were bottled at 56% ABV.

- La Favorite's March Harvest offers a nose with fruity notes and a rich, sugarcane-forward attack on the palate. The finish of this harvest is fruity with a subtly peppery touch.

- La Favorite's April Harvest has a fresh nose with a smooth and herbaceous attack on the palate. Its finish is mentholated with a touch of cane sugar.
