Fossil description
Absolutely unique piece on the market: fossil matrix containing two complete specimens of Tremaglaspis vanroyi in positive and negative, with excellent morphological definition. This rare aquatic arthropod belongs to the extinct order Aglaspidida, historically considered a primitive chelicerate, but currently classified as an arthropod closer to trilobites. The matrix shows key anatomical details such as spiny genal angles and the tail spine, distinctive of the group. The only restoration present is a reassembly of the matrix, without alteration of the fossil. This 18 cm piece comes from the Ordovician deposits of Zagora, Morocco, and represents an exceptional find, worthy of museum display and reference paleontological collections.
