Description from the seller

These statuettes are called Yanda or Nazeze: they were intended for members of the secret society Mani. Used for divination, they also played a role in magic rituals and counter-witchcraft.
They are distinguished by the size of their faces in diamonds: here, the arms are reduced to a V-shaped protrusion.
The body is cylindrical, with short legs. Pearls represent the eyes and are arranged on the body.
Beautiful dry patina for everyday use.
Registered Colissimo shipment.
