Refined Italian coffee table from the 1950s, characterized by an elegant circular marble top that perfectly conforms to the shape of the structure. The edge features a rich floral carving with a repeated lozenge pattern, executed with great precision. The four turned and tapered legs evoke the Victorian style with Empire accents in the carved leaves at the base.
The legs are connected by a crossed double stretcher that supports a central turned decorative element, providing stability and a theatrical touch. The gilding is in excellent condition, bright and uniform. The structure is solid with no damage, showing slight signs of use on the wood. Notably, there is a small missing piece at a joint and minor wear on the lower decoration, all highlighted in the photos.
