Description from the seller
Magnificent depiction on a panel based on the work 'Le Repas De Paysan.' Enamel painting on copper with a high fire signature by Lucie DADAT, signature at the bottom right.
In good condition, note that small imperfections may be present around the frame, but nothing serious.
Lucie Dadat (1908-1991) was a French enameler active in Limoges. She studied at the National School of Decorative Arts of Limoges, now the École nationale supérieure d'art de Limoges. In 1928, she joined the workshop of the ceramicist Camille Fauré (1874-1956).
