This magnificent woven wicker trunk comes from the historic Lorraine region in France, an area renowned for its craft workshops specializing in wicker work during the 19th and 20th centuries. It is a rare, elegant, and perfectly preserved piece that embodies the fine French tradition of travel trunks and high-end domestic containers.
