Ancient Luristan bronze amulet pendant in a rare minimalist animal form with a jewelry strap, circa 1000 BC, 24 × 19 mm, very good condition, with a Certificate of Authenticity and suspension strap, acquired from a Belgian gallery in 2025.
Description from the seller
Ancient Luristan bronze amulet made circa 1000 BC in the Near East. Ornament depicts a zoomorphic form resembling a mountain goat with elongated parts of the animal body: neck, tail and body (characteristic hallmark of Luristan jewellery wares), its entire surface is covered by a beautiful patina and originally preserved earthen deposits. In the upper part it has a round loop for suspension so it can be worn as a pendant.
Artifact includes our Certificate Of Authenticity document (lifetime authentic warranty) and jewelry strap for suspension.
Dimensions: 24 mm (L) x 19 mm (H)
