Very beautiful industrial stool. It features a swiveling seat that can be raised. At the lowest setting, the stool is 47cm high, but it can be adjusted up to 63cm or even slightly higher. The stool weighs 3kg, and the seat has a diameter of 30cm.
The crutch probably dates from the beginning of this century, and apart from a few scuff marks on the edge of the seat (see photos), it still looks like new.

The metal rod attached to the seat has a plastic threaded screw. This construction allows the up and down movement to rotate quite smoothly and makes the crank extremely stable. Cranks with metal threads often have play.
The stool has an industrial design and is probably also intended for industrial use.

However, this stool is very suitable for use as an indoor stool. It can also serve as a piano stool and even as a coaster for a sculpture (a workspace for a sculptor), where it is beneficial that the seat rotates freely enough to keep the workpiece steady.
Of course, the stool can also be used as a pedestal, as a plant stand, or as an accent table (see photos).
