Magnificent set of French ceramic plates in the Barbotine style from the 19th century (1834-1921) for serving asparagus, consisting of:

This is an exquisite and collectible board game from the prestigious tradition of French Majolica (Faience), known for its relief glazing technique called Barbotine (a type of ware with slip and glaze that mimics slipware ceramics, creating a three-dimensional effect).

It is in good condition except for the tray, which has a small chip on the edge (see photo). It is very difficult to find these old pieces in such good condition.
It is a set not only for enjoying, but also for decorating or gifting.
