The DP32 is a USB DAC preamplifier equipped with a 32-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC), fully balanced analog audio circuits, and extensive input options, including AES/EBU digital input and balanced XLR analog input, as well as asynchronous USB audio streaming at 24 bit/192 kHz. From its sleek, modern appearance to its transparent, extended, and immersive sound presentation, the DP32 preamplifier is simply captivating. The sound is spacious and focused, with a resolution of many details without brightness, grain, or artifacts.
Features include digital re-clocking for jitter reduction, discrete shunt regulators to provide clean power, a buffered passive volume control for extremely low noise, and direct-coupled inputs to maintain purity and tonal balance.
The analog preamplifier section has two buffered inputs and supports both XLR balanced cables and RCA single-ended connections, as well as a selectable bypass for home theater.
