Masonic seal dating to the mid-19th century, made of rock crystal with lapis lazuli, enamel and gilded metal in a symbolic Masonic style.

Masonic badge in rock crystal, lapis lazuli, enamel, and gold-plated metal – second half of the 19th century. Superb quality and magnificent details.
Rare and prestigious Freemason seal, composed of an egg carved from rock crystal set in a decorative mounting in finely chiseled silver.
The barrel is dressed with lapis lazuli plaques edged with silver strips.
The base is decorated with royal blue enamel with white dots, typical of the symbolic ornamentation of the late 19th century.
The bronze, patinated seal matrix features a coded Masonic composition with stylized elements (levels, compass, column, stylized flowers), engraved in relief.
The set clearly evokes a personal ritual object, reserved for a high-ranking dignitary or member of a rite workshop.

Condition: Very good overall condition, with some micro-chips on the crystal, minor wear on the enamel. Old patina not cleaned.
