Reggine's Chianti Classico Riserva 2017, produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, reflects the characteristics of a warm, dry vintage, while maintaining its elegance. This wine displays an intense ruby ​​red color, which tends to garnet hues with age. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and black cherry, emerge, enriched with spicy notes of licorice, cloves, and nutmeg, as well as delicate balsamic nuances, tobacco, black tea, and a touch of bitter cocoa.
On the palate, the wine is concentrated, with a juicy and enveloping structure that balances the fruit with elegant woody notes derived from aging in French oak barrels for 24 months. The tannins are present, yet well-integrated and balanced by a pleasant freshness and savory character. The finish is fruity, persistent, and harmonious. Thanks to its acidity and concentration, this wine has good aging potential, but can be appreciated even in its youth. It represents an excellent expression of the Conca d'Oro terroir in Panzano in Chianti, with a distinctive minerality that contributes to its freshness.

Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes selected from Borgo Scopeto's finest vineyards, "Vigna Misciano" reflects the unique character of the Chianti Classico terroir. These grapes benefit from an ideal microclimate and clay and limestone soils, which give the wine structure, depth, and remarkable aging potential.
