Produced by the historic Scarpa winery, founded in 1854 in Nizza Monferrato, the 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo "Bric du Nota" is a red wine that expresses the freshness and elegance of young Nebbiolo. The grapes come from vineyards located in the Roero area, with a southerly exposure and an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, on predominantly sandy soils rich in mineral salts. It displays a ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, intense and delicate fruity aromas emerge, reminiscent of violets and ripe yellow peaches. On the palate, it is dry, with the typical tannins of the young grape; with age, it becomes more harmonious and delicate. Ideal paired with meats, braised meats, game, and cheeses.
